Atlanta Home Staging Redesign Service

In addition to providing vacant home staging solutions in the Atlanta area, Peachtree Home Staging also has a strong focus on interior redesign services for the occupied home. Our redesign service includes working with the home owner's furnishings and accessories to create the most appealing presentation possible and to demonstrate the function of the home.

We always make it a priority to work with the home owners belongings. But, if need be, our Atlanta Redesign service includes advising our clients as to what accessory items they may want to add to complete the presentation. We can provide the items from our "to die for" inventory selection, or coach them on where to shop and what to buy for DIY.

It is such an enjoyable, and engaging service for the home owners. We always strive to incorporate the needs and circumstances of the homeowner into the equation of the final presentation. When the job is done, the comments we get always make us smile! Here are just a few comments we frequently hear:

Great redesign Karen -- in the first set of photos the room was really dated but your changes (removing the blue rug, the window coverings, and the brass fireplace screen) helped to instantly update this room beautifully!

Thx Maureen! Yes, that first one was really dated, and was a challenge, but a great house and floor plan. Glad to have more kind words from another expert!

Karen- Congrats, even though I subscribe to your blog, I actually came across this post through my Google alerts for Vacant Home Staging. I love to angle furniture when I can and what you did gave the room a fresh and unexpected look. I love the fireplace in the first picture and especially loved the Pop of the flower print.

Karen: Great redesign work in all three sets. The first set, it the most dramatic and appealing because it was SO DATED before.

I love being able to re-use things the clients already own. I redesign in my own house too; sometimes it's just moving accessories to another room and it takes on a whole new look.

You're right about the first one being dated, The second one was sparse and needed some accessories. The third one just needed a Little re-organization but everything was there to work with.

That line, "You mean we could have lived like this...?" really breaks my heart, when we hear it, too. It makes me sad that people who RECOGNIZE the value to their own comforts and the beauty and calm added as they are preparing to sell, don't get the chance to enjoy it longer...my hope is that they will hire a redesigner when they get where they are going! Nice work!

Hi Karen: Great pictures showing what an improved difference it makes. I think I must be a homestager at heart. I've always shuffled furniture around and moved certain pieces in and out of other rooms. You might see my great room one way today and probably, a month from now, you will see it another way. Great post.

Hi Karen - Kudos on the art selection in pics 1 & 2. I frequently recommond new artwork when doing Redesigns. It instantly gives the room interest and personality. Great art can be found all around Atlanta and doesn't have to cost a fortune. I'm sure that's one of the things these homeowners loved about their beautiful new rooms - you took them from bland to grand. Great job!!! Annette
