Camarillo Heights

A great neighborhood stretched on Camarillo's northwest hill with a breath taking view of the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands, is referred to as Camarillo Heights.  Some sections of Camarillo Heights are not incorporated into the City of Camarillo. These unincorporated properties are mainly mansions, ranch houses, or bungalows with horse properties built on a few acres of land. As one navigates to the west, the city sidewalks and city street lights become normal features of Camarillo Heights. This area is the part of the Heights that has been incorporated into the city and it is the Camarillo City Planner that the homeowner needs to contact for any remodeling or additions to their home.
