Wow! What a Roller Coaster ride its been lately. Its so Awesome to have to many Buyers, but if theres no inventory it can get frustrating?
Our market in Daly City, South San Francisco and San Bruno has been so interesting that I am having a challenge explaining to my buyers that to win a bid they must Offer more than the List Price? Some Buyers look at me like I'm crazy.... But after a few times of losing a few homes, they finally realize that I'm right.
So what I've done, I have referred a few of my clients to my co-workers and asked them to help find a dying Short Sale, Build relationships with REO Brokers and Top Listing Agents so we can Help our Willing, Able and Ready clients.
8 months ago the Inventory was so high and the Buyers were terrified, Not anymore.
