It seems that everywhere I go people are asking me if the market has picked up. I would have to say, yes, based on my experience. It feels busier! I understand that the news has conflicting stories, but it seems that I am getting more calls and offers from buyers as well as more closings. I also seem to be getting more calls from agents wanting to show my listings. That's a good sign!
If you want to buy a home, I believe that you should take a leap of faith and find your dream home while interest rates and prices are low and while the inventory is high.
