In this edition of the Blown Mortgage Podcast Interview series we interview Dan Green, loan officer with Mobium Mortgage and the author of TheMortgageReports.com; one of the first real estate web logs for consumers.  Dan has expanded in to the blogging space by starting Bring the Blog a blogging service designed for busy real estate agents.  Dan speaks with us about a wide number of topics; but my favorite is the concept of "orphan mortgages" and the problems they are currently creating in the mortgage market.
