9 Comments on A Visit to My Childhood Home in the Memorial Estates neighborhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Bob,
So, it is like a journey after journey. First in your memory, now physically. Watcing the photos, it looks like a nice place.
Thanks for sharing your memories. I revisited my old neighborhood and was depressed by the current condition of the homes in the area.
Bob,
Going back through our history is a great way to remember how we got were we are today and about all the good times.
The last thing I would ever want to do is write about the neighborhood where I grew up. Well, unless someone paid me big time bucks -- LOL.
Jim, why is that?
Thanks Judi!
I recently took my family back to the neighborhood I grew up in, its always fun to visit childhood memories.
Great post. I know Jason Crouch. He was my old Broker when I lived in Austin. Great guy. It is nice to get nostalgic about our past. especially when it is about happy times.
Looks like a nice place to grow up. My son is at the University of Tulsa and the town reminds me a LOT of Austin in the early 70's.
