Tyler Davey: Hi I am Tyler Davey, General Manager with
Infusion Development and I am here today to show you Microsoft Surface and Infusion's
product Falcon Eye and how can we use it in real estate. So Infusion created a surface application on
a touch screen device that allows realtors or businesses or consumers to
leverage a 3-D mapping interface to see properties. So for instance we can go into Seattle downtown and when we go into Seattle, what we are going to see are 3-D
high resolution textured images being brought to us by Microsoft big maps. Inside this application we can zoom in, we
can zoom out, we can rotate and we can pull our custom information like in this
case we are pulling up energy information it could be building information,
resell values, we are going to pull up custom videos on to the map as well and
we are going o get those videos. This could
be your 3-D virtual tour, the users can see and interact with, or we could be
doing new sub divisions and we can fly into new areas and in those areas we can
see custom 3-D buildings that haven't been built yet that are being generated
off of your auto CAD files or your drawings and pull those up on to our map in
real time and even we can take it to the next level and we can dive into the
building and see the video inside the building the room layered all in 3-dimensions. If you want to find out more about Microsoft
surface, Microsoft PIN maps and how Infusion can empower your business you can
check us out on our website, www.infusion.com or if you want to see any of
these technologies, I have been showing you now go to our YouTube site www.youtube.com/infusiondevelopments.
