I got a call today from a customer/client who is looking to find a home in Aurora, MO.  She wanted to know if I 'knew' of an agent that works the town.  Too funny!  Of course I do.  (That would be ME!!)

She has been on my website and was familiar with the search section.  In fact she had even requested additional info on a couple of the favorites and was impressed with the speed at which I responded.

What concerned me was b/c the site shows my office being in OZARK she assumed I didn't service Aurora and would refer her to another agent---WRONG.  When I 'work' with a client I work with the client.  My sandbox is larger then just my neighborhood.

I have very good systems in place to stay on top of what I need to know to help a buyer make an informed decision on a property of interest.

FYI- I live in Monett, which is 15 minutes to Aurora, Mt Vernon, Cassville, Purdy etc... In theory it is no different for me to travel to show and sell from one town to another, then it is for an agent in North Springfield to sell in South Springfield.  In fact it is a little easier b/c there is less traffic!!

I know most all the Offices, all the other agents, and the different lenders in each town.  Just b/c you start our relationship on line doesn't mean I am not a real live body that does the 'open doors' type stuff too.

The difference is that when we 'meet' face to face you will be ready to know what you can commit too.  I work with ready willing and able buyers.  This means I help prepare you to know what your can do and what the market has available.
