Hi All,

As you all know blogging is all about transparency and in view of that fact Kevin Tomlinson outed me I think I need to be totally honest with you all about who I am and what I'm up to...

I am not the girl I appear to be.  For starters, the long, dark red hair... A total fraud.  I actually have long silky blonde locks that cascade like a waterfall down my back and over my shoulders.

The fair skin and freckles?  Photoshop.  My natural skin tone is well, much more unique.  Anyone seen Wicked?  Let's just say that Elphaba and I could be twins.

The glasses are merely a prop.  OK, so I can't read, write, drive or even walk without wearing them, but its not like they are necessary.  The blue eyes?  Well, you got me... they really are that color.  Sorry.

You have no idea how much effort goes into creating the facade each day.  When I wake up each morning I could give Kevin a run for his money in the looks department.  Why just getting that extra fifteen pounds to settle about my hips "just so" takes work.  And I don't even want to discuss what I go through to shrink myself down from 5'11" to 5'4".

As for my writing style.  Another fabrication.  I don't really write this way.  My writing is never printed so neatly, spaced so well or so easy to read.

And let's talk for a moment about my personality and my personal values.  Sure I come across as someone who is fun, funny, bright, cheerful and caring but that is just a front.  Don't let that fool you.  I carefully hide the real me behind that carefully crafted wall so that no one peeks behind the curtain and sees that what I really am is caring, cheerful, bright, funny and fun.

Oh and that personal values thing?  Don't buy it for a minute.  Alright, so I donate platelets to the City of Hope as regularly as I can so what (That'll show 'um.  I'll go down there and give those cancer patients another tool to fight with.  If I'm not checking out early then by golly, neither are they.  Not if I can help it!).

Oh and that PriusI drive?  Well don't go getting the idea that I care about the environment or anything like that.  I only got it because of a coin toss - heads I get a Prius, tails I get Hummer.  OK, so it landed tails up, but no stupid coin is going to tell ME what to do (see, I told you I was a rebel)!  And the "Save A Soldier - Buy A Hybrid" decal on the back window?  Well I wanted something "special" and they were all out of "Nuke Unborn Baby Gay Whales For Jesus" so...

My family life is totally bogus as well.  I married My Mel because he was the first and only guy I ever fell in love with.  And because I think he's the sweetest, smartest, cutest, kindest and funniest person I know and he loves me too, but that's the ONLY reason.

As for my two Sub-sonsScott and Brian.  I made them up.  They don't really exist, but don't tell anyone because the U.S. Army is pretty sure that Scott is a Sargeant who came back from serving in Iraq in November. "Scott" married a lovely girl named Valerie (who has a beautiful little daughter named Alyssa) and they are about to become the parent's of their first baby, also a little girl, due in September - they found out the sex today... Umm, I mean, I just made up the sex today... yeah, that's it.

As for "Brian", I decided that it would be better for my image if I had a nineteen year old, talented writer, artist and musician who lives with us, works for Starbucks, is attending college and going into Aeronautics, hopefully to become a commercial pilot someday.  I also decided that I would act like I was proud of him - what the heck, in for a penny, in for a pound, right?

Last but not least, there is no Route66Living.com.  Never was and never will be.  There is also no Drew Meyers, no Zillow, No ARDELL, No Project Blogger and No Active Rain.  There is however a Santa Claus

OK... I must say, I do feel a whole lot better.  Kevin was right, confession is good for the soul!

Take care all, help lots of people and have a wonderful day... No, wait, scratch that... Have a wonderful week!

Tisza

Tisza, I knew IT!!! You are one of those dot com people as am I. That is the thing I love most about blogging I can be a complete liar with a fake persona and nobody knows better. Since we are confessing, I'm really Sally Fields:)

I am rather dull and shallow, and I have nothing dramatic to confess.  But since you mentioned WICKED -- I haven't seen the show -- but I have read the book -- it is a great story. Highly recommended.  Green or not,  I think we all have some Elphaba inside.....  Thanks for reminding me I intended to read Gregory Maguire's other books.

I really have long blond locks too and I am rock solid in the head not the abbs. I tend to be very human on occasions..but most time I am just dreaming where the next check is coming from.

And I'm 31, with no sagging face or other parts of my body, no grey hair that need to be colored every 3 months and I only weigh 120 lbs.  I work out daily for two hours before going to the office and produce several million dollars a month selling real estate!  I have no time to spend it, so it just sits in the bank!

I am 70 (so I REALLY look good...and it's not Photoshop I use to blur out wrinkles...that's my natural form in my picture), I am not Japanese and Swedish, I am full blown Hawaiian and dance the hula professionally. I have ten husbands and 25 children and 100 grandchildren (and everyone only knows about the one husband ...including my husband) I too am fake and all my writing comes from other people ideas and words. I own a luxury mansion in Kahala with 10 servants and a fleet of limos for every occasion. I have a personal trainer so I stay in shape and eat all healthy foods and no snacks. I'm a millionaire and I really don't need to work so I give all the money I make to charity. And BB may be Sally Fields....but WooHoo Sally is really my birth name and I changed it when I found out my mom named me after her landlady. Wow.

Hi All,

Blue - I had long suspected that...

Bryant - Well Gidget, as long as you are Flying None of this should be a problem.  I should know, as a Girl With Something Extra, you can't pull a Norma Rae with me and expect not to get some Steel Magnolias thrown at you.  But don't worry I have an Absence of Malice toward you, you're still one of my Heros and I don't want to spoil your Punchline.

Cheryl - Now there you go telling everyone about Gregory Maguire's books... Great, now everyone is going to read 'um.  Boy, I bet you are going to let the cat out of the bag about this obscure Brit author I discovered who writes about a kid in boarding school... JK something :-)

Neal - We have more in common than you know.

Scott - An earring in your left lobe, huh?  What do you have in your right one?  Oh, and as far as I know they are only related through sense of humor.

Mary -  I knew you looked familiar... Aren't you the gal who teaches the spinning class while simultaneously bench-pressing 500 pounds and knitting an afgan with your feet?  Oh, and I am sorry to hear that your production has slipped so low.

janeAnne - Good to know... Now on to the important stuff, tell the hubby I want a Million Dollars, My Own TV Series, 50 Closed Transactions this year and a pony...

WooHoo - I can call you that, right?  Since I now know that you have the room my hubby and I will be by Saturday to stay for a month or two.  As for your writing, I figured that Hawaiian stuff was just travel literature you picked up at the A&P.

See there, now don't you all feel better?

Take care all, help lots of people, and have a wonderful day!

This is all very funny....

I'm pretty much "what you see is what you get". I'm huggy, I sometimes speak before I think (luckily not too much), I'm usually higher on praise than criticism, I have a hard time being brief, I tend to see things spiritually/religiously (even ghosts) and I rely heavily on my intuition and communication skills. I like all the woo-woo stuff from ghosts to sci fi.  I live trying to think "if I died today, would everyone I love know that I loved them"?  My kids will attest that this creates an overly huggy mom (I'm sure they can't wait to go away to college, sigh).

I think I've come clean now :)

Hi All,

Mary - Hug early and hug often!  They may squirm but there will come a day all too soon when they will wish they could get just one more hug and a sloppy kiss as well :-)

Mary - I am glad you have enjoyed this.  I have too.

ARDELL - All better.  That is what happens when you are posting at 4 AM :-)  Thanks for letting me know.

I'm always a day late. Tisza, I loved this one. I had missed Kevin's previous post and was glad you fixed the link before I got to it. You all have been having entirely too much fun while I've been out and about with clients.  They just don't seem to want to wait until the end of Project Blogger. Glad to see the true you.

Hi All,

Lori - Yes, I love it too, and I knew you were as well.  Its such a shame that I have to put a temporary rinse on it every morning so that it's golden gloriousness does not distract others :-)

ARDELL - Blogging and bedtime really don't mix well, do they?  Sorry for the broken link.  I have now learned that after I post, I need to go and check to make sure that everything I put in works like I want it too.  Thanks for yet another lesson in the wonderful world of blogging :-)

Take care,

The b*tch is dangerous.  I told you guys. She scares Omarosa.  She drives a gas-guzzling Porsche Cayenne Turbo, always talks on her PINK razor cell while simultaneously applying lots of lip gloss (pink sugar).  She flips people off AFTER she cuts them off and makes left turns from the right hand lane.

She complains about everything and will chew out the waitstaff at a restaurant for not including the 'free' lemon with her tap water.  She, of course, orders bottled water when a man is picking up the tab.

Thats Tisza and you have to love her for who she really is.

Hi All,

Kevin, I don't just scare Omarosa I terrify her.  As for that pink razor, I don't have just one I have an entire collection of them (I only use one until the keypad gets dusty and then I chuck it in the bin and unwrap another).  I tend to favor MAC's Viva Glam, usually applied with a palette knife far outside my lipline.  If I can get the lipstick to start just below my nose and end just above my chin I think that's about right.  What's the point of wearing makeup if people can't tell you are, right?

I don't bother flipping people of, I just had a giant middle finger built and permanently attached to the roof of my car.  I think it gets the message across nicely.  And I don't see any problem with turning left from the right hand lane, after all I pay my taxes, I can use those roads any way I want to, I'm entitled.

And that lemon is supposed to be free gosh darn it.  I'm not asking for any special treatment.  I just want them to give me 16 lemon slices, a bit of cheese cloth, and a quarter of a cup of sugar I'll do the rest.  And I also don't see anything wrong with having some guy pay for things.  My company is worth cases of Pelligrino loaded into the back of my car please add a couple of bottles of Cristal, some Napoleon Brandy 60 to 80 years old minimum.  So what if I don't drink, that's not the point.

I'm glad you helped me to further unburden myself.  I feel so deliciously light and free.

Take care,

Tisza.

Kevin only 5% of my posts on Live in Los Gatos are on ghosts (yes, I counted: 7 of 119 posts = 5.8%). But those are the ones everyone talks about. Maybe I should do more? <g>

When someone does a manuever from the right lane I try to stop them or scream "let me see your title to the road" and they go "What?" and I say...You must OWN the road because you are driving like it!

Seven is bad? I'm just warming up!!  Someday I want to write a book (yes, really).

There are a lot of cool people with cool stories along these lines. At the Long Beach AR party, I had a great long talk with Tisza and especially "her Mel" about this stuff. Fun fun fun.

Mary - As you know, My Mel has an abiding interest in all things spectral.  Let me know when you want to start that book.  Perhaps we should work together :-)
