Someone once said, "The nearer one person is to another, the more necessary is tact and courtesy." As Real Estate Professionals we work closely with each other so tact and courtesy should be paramount in our dealings and relationships. It is so satisfying to work with an agent on a sale where communication is clear, concise, and timely and the transaction is completed in a win-win situation. On the other hand it is one of the most miserable experiences when there is no communication, tact or courteous behavior. Hopefully, more agents will realized it is to there advantage and professionalism to be courteous.

Seems like common sense Gaylen but you are correct in assuming some need to be reminded.

Amen to that!  I am dealing with an Agent now that my seller wants to know if she has any tact or Professionalism.

Some agents act like this is the only deal I'll ever do with them, so they don't need to be pleasant or courteous.  And after that experience, they're right!

Thank for letting me know I'm not alone with my misgivings of agents who lack courtesy.
