Fireside is a phenomenal in Phoenix Arizona north of Happy Valley along Norterra Parkway. These homes are built in a terrific location close to the 101 and I17. Additionally, similar to other Del Webb communities this subdivision has many amenities.

There were 17 active listings in Fireside as of the end of May 2007. The average list price of these active listings was $492,011.82.
