Chesterfield has continued to do very well despite a challenging real estate market.  Home values continue to increase.  One of the reasons is that investors and homeowners looking for sweat equity have bought dated or maintenance deferred homes and updated them. 

The most recent example is 22106 Fielder, which was purchased by one of my top investors.  This home will be completely remodeled and sold for around $350,000 to $375,000 after completion. 

So remember neighbors, your hard work is paying off, Chesterfield continues to flourish.
