The next release will probably be in September 12th 2009 with move-in dates estimated in April or May 2010. Prices won't be released until Thursday the 10th, but expect the line to start forming as early as Sunday the 6th.
Guess it's still one of the most popular new townhome communities in San Ramon CA. There will be a total of 154 units upon completion. Units 1-108 have been sold or are under contract. Prices currently start in the high $400,000's.
