I'm going out this weekend to buy some new toys to use in real estate. I'd love to
get your input on which one to purchase. I'd like to be able to record interviews,
brief meetings, take a tour of the property while I'm listing it, etc.
If you have a tool that you absolutely LOVE, can you please share it with me and
let me know where is the place to buy one? Thanks!
I can only give you my experience. I've had a Canon PowerShot for years - 5MB 12x optical (I think) - works great for photos, decent for video. You can get similar, updated cameras for half the price I paid for it. I have been very satisfied and probably won't upgrade until it breaks.
There might be some groups (photography?) that might have articles you find helpful.

have great products. I have so many of their products like my 3-ALL-In-ONE copier,
