The current real estate market in Trilogy is positive.  There are 40 active rentals from $1000 - $2800 there is 1 pending and 10 that have closed within the last 90 days, those rented between $995 though $1800.  There are 62 active homes for sale in Trilogy priced from $190,000 to $790,000; there are also 7 homes for sale that are active with contingencies. Trilogy has 16 pending home for sale that were priced between $169,000 and $549,000.  30 homes for sale have closed in Trilogy in the past 90 days ranging between $174,900 to $603,000.  Trilogy is part of 85383 zip code and market conditions for the entire zip code for the 2nd quarter of 2009 is as follows; $257,700 average price (-24.69% than 2nd qtr 2008), 356 homes for sale that have sold (67.92% more sold than 2nd qtr 2008) with 82 average days on market and sold price at 97% of the asking price.

Hi Clifford,

We've got three different Trilogy (that I know of) communities in CA. Two SoCal and one closer to mid-state. Everyone I've ever know who's lived there has loved it. They're absolutely beautiful, and I'm sure your's is no exception either.

Btw, love that photo of you at the Grand Cayon. It's one of my most favorite places on the planet!

Lynda - Being new to the west coast I was surprised at the number of communities that a developer has, It can be confusing when I talk about one and a client is thinking of a different place.

Connie Lou - Yes it is beautiful up here, as for the buyers, when they call I think they will be very impressed.
