Hispanic Business Magazine- Lets make some money

Last issue of the Hispanic Business magazine main feature includes the top 500 in Hispanic Companies, sorted out by categories and locations, sales etc. I don't know about you guys, but what a great way to get at least 500 new prospects(I am sure you can google the addresses). Why not handwrite a personal note to each of the CEO's congratulating them for being in the list.

That is just the beginning. The possibilities are endless Lets say you have a 2 percent return, these folks are at the top of their game. Are you at the top of yours? I challenge you to see who gets a response. We can post the results here.

I'll buy a drink to the first one that gets a result. We will toast together(virtually).

Hi Henri and Jeri. Great idea. I receive that magazine and never thought about it. I will do my search, or maybe I should just move to Miami where many professionals from Latin America are always looking for properties.

Good luck !

You've got the right idea Gutner's!  All articles I read talk about this huge market boom! In fact, I recently read an article by printed by NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals).  Here's a quick glance...http://nahrep.org

Tomas Rivera Policy Institute Releases New Survey on Latino Homeownership

The Tomas Rivera Policy Institute (TRPI) announced the results of a comprehensive survey conducted by GMAC Mortgage on home ownership among 4,000 Latinos in the United States. The survey revealed that Latinos hold substantial power when it comes to the nation's housing market.

The key findings include: 72 percent of surveyed Latino non-homeowners have considered buying a home; 45 percent have owned or purchased a home in the United states; 51 percent are likely or somewhat likely to obtain a loan such as a home equity loan; 59 percent understand the importance of having good credit history to qualify for a mortgage or home loan; 31 percent feel they have a good credit history. For more information go to http://www.trpi.org/.

You 'guys' are music to this Anglo's ears.  We are all human beings..... and I find the 'Spanish' (excuse that term if offensive....... so fascinating as both a culture and a business opportunity.  2/3 of my company are Bi-Lingual Spanish.  We understand so well the wonderful opportunities we can serve this market.

Now...if we can get this info into the mainstream of AR !!!!!
