Wow, what a cool house. You said it was the most famous house. Is that due to who owns it or to it's size or what? What's the story?

It has it's own Dave and Busters? Really? We can't even get them to put one in Charleston because our population is not large enough for them!!

But he's not going to get $21M for it. It's a little dated! Look at the curtains! They look pastelly. Otherwise, great property!

It is an amazing house. However, it has a narrower market appeal. I would imagine its being listed beyond just our MLS.

Woo Hoo!! What a fantastic house. It's what I would expect of a great player like Sanders. Mind you, I'm slightly confused about the number of the listing being the same as his football number.

His number was 37 when he joined his final team, the Baltimore Ravens. That was to match his age at the time. Up til then, he always used the number 21.

Just curious but good luck in finding a buyer!!
