Gold River prices seem to be holding their own.   

There were 12 bank owned sales in 2009.  7 of the 12 were in Gold River Station.  Average days on market for these REO's was 24.  List price to sales price averaged 99.56%.  Seven of the 12 REO's sold at or above list price. 

I found stats on the sale of one home sold in Gold River interesting.  It was short sale for 89 days.  Went short sale contingent 2 separate times.  Last list price was $323k.  Bank took it back and listed it for $339,900 and It sold in 15 days for over list price.
