Diane * My vacancies have MLS lockboxes on them and I have a red folder on kitchen counter with application forms and 1 page listing sheet with my current listings * I keep a supply in my car and re-print when I lower a rent or a property gets rented....I always give 2 application forms and a sheet to EVERYONE who comes to view the property.

Good ideas Wallace. We have just recently graduated to adding lock boxes which has become a need since we have acquired more rental listings!
