Gary - That is an intense and poignant picture, my friend. Thank you for sharing it today.
Gary: This is a great photograph. The problem with our Afghanistan & Iraq Wars is that civilian contractors are dying and not being counted as part of our death toll. This hit home two weeks ago with our office. A part-time agent's husband was killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan. The military deaths were reported, not his. However, he was there to serve as a linguist to the military. The cost of our Middle Eastern Wars is much greater than we think.
Gary - That photo says it all. Thanks so much for sharing such a touching example of true valor.
Gary, this picture definitely tugged at my heartstrings and brought forth a few tears.
Thank you for sharing it.
Hi Gary,
What a poignant photo to share with us this Sunday morning. Thank you for making me feel so grateful I'm an American.
That is an incredibly sobering and touching photo. Definitely stirs an emotion that ... well, makes one think.
Dittos! Being a veteran, no words can describe my feelings from the picture.
Thank you!
Very touching photo. It makes you want to hear the stories and experiences that go with it.
I love that photo, we should all feel this way about our vets and the sacrifices they have given for our freedom.
