Not anything new. Sadly not a good description either as they will be moving on to another town.

Unfortuanetly this scenario is played out across the country on a regular basis. Always think about safety, remind your clients not to leave in valuables out and leave yours locked in your car.

This is very unfortunate, but in Toronto we had a similar situation just a few months ago.

I hope they are caught soon! It is so unfortunate to have to worry so much about people who prey on open houses.

I hope this people will get caught. As if we do not have enough things to worry about. No wonder most sellers don't like to do open house anymore.

I saw this in MLS ... very crazy! I'm so glad this is the exception and not the rule in Northern Nevada!

I hate to see this. Not only bad press, but it makes me angrey to even have to think about this! This is the exception, and hopefully you are right John, and they will move on soon!
