So, which is it, cash only, no financing, or financing available? Edit, edit, edit, and might I add preview before hitting enter.
Please bring it to the blogger's attention. A few days ago I came across two misspelled words on the home page of a Realtor's website, I e-mailed her and brought it to her attention and she corrected them. No thank you or thanks for catching my mistake, but I'm glad she corrected the errors.
Thanks for the reminder Matt.
I do read those comments after they are written. Sometimes it's yeat another way of getting an adnvertising pitch in this.
Looks like cut and past commenting and they copied the wrong material. So much for getting anything out of the post.
I guess not everyone reads their comments once they write them. Or who knows, maybe the agent wanted to confuse everyone who happened upon this property!
I had a similar situation on one of my own listings. I had to put standard verbiage in the listing to contact so and so lender for special financing programs as required by the bank but them I didn't want to mislead anyone so I also put that the property wasn't lendable, cash only. Sometimes you just have to play the game.
It's amazing how often you find stuff that's so obviously wrong. I think a lot of people forget (or are too lazy) to proofread their work.
Matt - I'm sure some don't read the post or the comments. I only like to post comments when they are deserved. I never post a comment if I haven't really read and appreciated the original blog! Thanks for sharing and thanks for posting to this group!
