Don't send me a listing unless it's a steal! WOW now...who am I to decide what's a steal?
What is a steal? And are real estate agents the ones who should determine this?
As an active REALTOR(r), when I get a customer requesting a "steal" I hesitate.
I will send you the lowest priced properties that I can find, you choose. You decide if it is what you define as a "steal".
What determines a steal?
Well, as I'm told its probably more classified as a REO or bank owned property.
Does that mean that the customer is willing to buy this AS-IS property and take on the responsibility to fix it up?
What's a steal? What do you as an agent think of this type of request and how do you handle it?
