These are home sales that took place since January 1, 2009. The highest price for a sold in home Haymarket VA for a single family detached fee simple home was $1,074,620 and the low price was $349,999.

Commercial real estate here is still relatively stable for the time being...probably because of our location next to Washington DC.

Great information on the residential market. As a commercial agent, I like to see residential sales up. Frequently retailers, restaurants and other commercial users want to see stats on home sales in making a decision whether to open up their business in a specific market area. Dominion Valley Country Club is an excellent area.
