just by logging in! And to look at my points log, I see it's been over 4 months since my last visit! My how time fly's when your having work! How do the rest of you keep up with writing blogs when you are busy working? I already spend my typical 8-10 hours a day on real estate, then do my 'other' business... where do you find time to write!!
I'm on Ar daily and getting these "login" points. I can't understand it. maybe its to help new members build some points so their score doesn't look anemic?
I hope you'll remember me if you learn of anyone moving to "The OC" and I will do the same!
Best regards.

The 100 points are nice, aren't they? As far as blogging,I agree with you, Randy, I really don't know how some people do it.
I don't always have time to write a blog, but I do read the blogs of others every day. And, I usually learn something useful a a result.
Randy - I try to limit my time on AR to no more than 1 hour per day. Sometimes that is not the case if business is slow, but for the most part, that seems to be plenty of time for me to get done what I want. I use AR as a marketing tool, and treat it as an integral part of my real estate business.
I write first thing in the morning. I usually shower and blow hair dry then sit in front of the computer for a while to cool down so my make up will stay on. I really get most of my internet things done early.
I try to limit my time or I can get carried away learning, reading and bookmarking. I do think of it as an investment of time into building our business.
Some of us don't have a life... haha. No kids. That helps. Been married a long time too, so don't need to pay attention to the spouse... haha. That's my excuse.
