Shiro Restaurant; The ultimate in sushi and hibachi dining

I took my family to the Shiro Restaurant this weekend for my daughter's birthday.

It is a hibachi and sushi restaurant. The location is route 611 in Swiftwater . Freddy was our chef he gave us a front row seat for the ultimate in hibachi dining! You have got to try the Paradise Roll it is titled correctly.

I love a good hibachi restaurant. And sushi too! I wish I had that Paradise Roll right now.
