Hi Scott, I was intrigued with the amount for what a 2 bedroom 1400 sq ft home, might bring in Arlington. This rent compares with what the same property might go for here. Though we don't have too many of the nice brick homes, stucco is about the best we have,lol. And forget the wood floors, for that rent it would likely be some worn carpet. Beyond that-Oh and as for walkability, not likely. So I guess, overall , a pretty good value.
