Interesting Bob...I certainly noticed a pick up in activity. It is good to see that activity is turning to sales. What do you attribute this to? So many folks remain underwater and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I attribute the increase in activity to government incentive programs, lowered home values, and the perceived notion that we are at the bottom in terms of price.
