Bank of New York Mellon--NEED a phone number

In my area there is a beautiful foreclosure on Lake MI that is held by BNY Mellon. I have a buyer and want to get in touch with someone to close a deal. But also the property has been left unlocked and has been stripped of counters, cabinets and the like and has not been winterized. The potential buyer is VERY concerned. It is a 450k foreclosure. I have left messages on the REO phone line and emailed but no response. Does anyone have a human's number for BNY Mellon that would get me somewhere? The property is not currently listed and I believe the 6 month redemption has passed.

I found a couple of numbers but haven't tried them yet. I'm in the same situation. House two doors down owned by them and vacant. I'd like to see if I can buy it.

Thank you everyone that commented. I found that the foreclosures from BNYMellon are handled by Litton Loan Servicing. You are not going to get in touch with anyone thru the website but I do have a phone number you can try, 713.561.8250. I spoke to a woman on this line and she was not too helpful but I dialed up one digit and the man that answered was very helpful. They are an asset management company and won't let you put offers in to them. They pass the properties out to brokers in the area but it is worth a shot!! Good luck everyone!!

Hi Julie, do you know if all the BNY mellon foreclosures are handed by Liton? I am in California. Thanks for your help.

I am not sure if they handle all or some of their loans. Just try calling that number I have above and give them the address to see if they have it. After that I am not sure where to go. Once I located the property I was looking for I stopped digging. Good luck, I know it can be maddening!!
