U/W Tip: Part Time Income

If you are using part time income to qualify, please remember: You have to verify that the part time income has been uninterrupted for at least one year and that it is likely to continue for 3 years. You have to average the part time income over a 12 month period. If someone has a 6 month history of working part time, you can not count the income to qualify.
