I agree there are maybe some merits associated with climate change! But the Climate change I am concerned with is Congress and this administration failing to do anything about the climate of the Real Estate market. We all could probably agree that over time some facets will correst themselves but: Most of our current problems stem from greed, poor regulation, poor management by government entities led by inept and corrupt officials who have enriched themselves at the expense of the Taxpayers and Hard Working Americans! Congress please address the climate of difficult and redundant regulations, overbearing engineered standards that benefit  only the Government, Make it user friendly for Buyers to buy Real Estate, Stop the fearsome tactics and iron fisted intrusion into Commerce and Capitalism. Do Something good and right and stop the revisionism of all the crap that has already Failed. Until the housing market starts to breathe fresh Air- climate change also is and will be a bust and failure. Great deals are out there in abundance, Help Folks in the Real Estate business do more than exist while waiting on the politics of change!
