Investors all over the place - real estate attracting more every day, especially Fullerton

Our office has a lot of agents, and it seems like each one of them is working with an investor. We have never seen so many investors as we see today. It appears that they have targeted the Fullerton real estate market as one of their "hunches". We think that they are correct, and suspect that we are right on the money -- the market has bottomed out -- and now is the time to buy.

My market is the same. I don't know where all these bargain hunters came from, but it sure is a welcome change.

Yes, yes, yes - so glad to hear that FL is finally getting back in the game. Lots of bidding up of the prices here in CA -- especially the REO - low hanging fruit. Glad to hear about your area - good luck.
