This little Poem should become every homebuyers mantra. As the amount of time left on the $8000 tax credit winds down there will be more and more Buyers flooding the market and competing for what little inventory is available.

So for all of you looking to take advantage of this market please make this your Golden rule to follow as your look at homes this summer.

The house that you look at today

and

want to THINK about until tomorrow

will

be the house another BUYER looked at yesterday

and

made an OFFER on today !!

Been there, done that, and it wasn't even recently, it was over 5 years ago! I loved the house I ended up in, across the street from the "dream house" but I always wondered "what if"...
