Did you know that there is a Realtor.com app for putting your listings on your Facebook profile? Realtor.com logo I didn't know until I attended KW Mega Camp this past week!  It displays all of your listings on the sidebar of your profile.  I just did it and it's so easy to add.  Here are the very simple steps

1.  Go to www.SeeMyListings.com or the application page on Facebook - http://apps.facebook.com/seemylistings

2.  Click allow to give the See My Listings application access to your Facebook account. 

3.  once off the landing page, you simply enter your MLS information in the registration form and select the "continue" button.  Upon registering, you will get a confirmation screen with your name and MLS information, with an "Add to Profile" button to add the application to your profile.

facebook logo4.  Once added, your listings will now be viewed on your Facebook Wall by any friends who visit your profile page. 

It's that simple!  And now we can tell our sellers that we are advertising their listings on Facebook!

That is a nice tool. We here in AZ have the ability to post to Facebook through our client portal search. Every client who views their portal or search results can also post to their FB page.
