LGI Homes has ended August with 35 new homes closings. Leading the way was Canyon Crossing in San Antonio with 17 closings. Canyon Crossing has averaged 16 new home closings per month in 2009 making it the number one subdivision within LGI Homes. September pipeline looks good and should result in 40+ closings.
