All our lives we are told to do something or act some way. As children it was meant for good intentions, but at adults it can cause damage. Are we to believe everything we read without taking the time to edit it, and consider the source that may have written the article? Our elder family tells us that is a bad mistake to do something because they remember in 1952 something similar happening.In the Waukesha County Real Estate market and Waukesha County Life as much as we can respect and learn from our elders it goes without saying that some of the advice is warranted and some of it comes from a whole different era. There are many reasons to always listen to who is wise but it is also imperative to do our own research and draw our own conclusion of what the big picture may truly entail. It was not that long ago I can remember a three bedroom ranch in the Village of Hartland costs a whole $10,000 to build. How doe I know that? Because my aunt was proud of her new home and her pride was from ear to ear. God bless that woman. The same ranch three years ago would have sold for $189,000 and this year it would probably sell for about $150,000. The times have a way of depicting the circumstances but the opinions and conclusions drawn from the public play a major role as well. The point is that they say necessity is the mother of invention and the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Is there an underlining source more prevalent that takes the shape and form and is better known as procrastination. Procrastination has been around time, probably the dawn of time. Call it procrastination, laziness, wistful thinking, whatever it may be it hurts productivity.If you need to grow grocery shopping to get food for the kids the budget might be tighter but you still go.The newspapers that used to promote the FSBO adds in all their glory have most certainly learned a big lesson in that bulling did not get them any where and in fact has pretty push put a slow crawl to their means.

If you are working, and you can afford a car, you buy one because you need oneAnd if you qualify, and want a home, and it is cheaper than monthly rental payments by all means quit listening to the cynics taking you down and buy that home.
