THE MARKET IT HEATING UP IN LAKE WYLIE SOUTH CAROLINA!!

Two waterfront homesites under contract and three interior homesites under contract plus one 1M plus home in the month of August! Lake Wylie, South Carolina is HOT right now!

Are things picking up where you are? In our office another friend and Broker got a waterfront homesite and three interior homesites under contract too in the month of August.

The one lesson that I have learned is that Waterfront sells in good and distressed times. We are having alot of baby boomers selecting their homesites for eventual retirement.

Lets Hope that this is a sign of Great things to come in the Real Estate market across this beautiful country of ours!!!!
