Unit 301 in the Wailea Beach Villas penthouse just came on the market a few days ago.  I really like this unit, 3BR/3BA with 2180 sqft of living space.  This is a gated oceanfront development with two pools and right on the beach in Wailea.

This is my pick for a great buy and value in the Villas, priced at $3,825,000.  This is a great buy for one reason, location, location, location.  This just has spectacular ocean views from your lanai.  So if you are interested in this unit, I can represent you as a buyers agent on the quality Wailea unit.
