Gary Keller has a genuine wish for each and every agent in the company to be hyper successful.  His presentation borders on frustration, even near desperation that we all follow his simple model. 

That is the over all message i walk away with at mega agent camp.   It is like Gary has created a 70,000 agent company, while demonstrating incredible life balance.   Why can't we do that on a smaller scale.

He laid out a complete model for success, how to grow a business through the 7th level while working 40 hours a week. 

Gary used a mix of real estate stars, including Allan Domb. to teach the how, and some who have mastered another art of craft to demonstrate how excellence in one area trump generalists.

Gary hammered home several themes with help of truly inspirational guests.

  Nick Vujicic, armless and legless, demonstrated that if you have the why, you will find the how.    never give up.
