Acrage Calculator for your property - Whatcom County Real Estate for sale

Many times when you purchase property, the lot is described by lot lines and the length of each. With a Acrage Calculator you can see if your have a .25, .50, .75, 1 AC or more property. 

 In many cases in a plated subdivision you can simply take the first number multiplied by the second number to get the sqaure footage of the lot.

125 X 90 x 125 x 90 =  11, 250 Square Foot or .26 AC

 Now what if you want the actual Acrage of the lot, or the property is not a equal square or rectangle. This is when a good Acrage Calculator comes in handy. I just had a situation where  was showing property in a cul-de-sac that has four different measurements. You can't use the example above as all sides are different.

53.82 x 185.62 x 249.84 x 187.61 = 28,334 Square Foot or 0.65 Acres

Here is a great Acrage Calculator that I found. Not all properties have 4 sides as the one above. Just add in the other dementions as well and it will calculate all lot lines.
