The August real estate sales for Winnetka,Wilmette, Northfield, Kenilworth and Glencoe have dipped and jumped like a roller coaster. From month to month there is no steady increase or decrease that I can make any predictions about.
The one thing I noticed in Winnetka is that 2/3 of the sold homes were over $1,000,000 - probably just an anomoly but interesting nevertheless.
