The table below shows the updated activity for the month of May 2007.  I was asked to provide similar data for the "height of the market", or the month of May from 2002 to 2004.  In doing so, I found a glitch in BAREIS reports-which they are now aware of and working on.  As a result, I am now reporting that the only town with a higher average selling price than average asking price for this month is Sausalito.  Correct numbers are below, sorted by City in alphabetical order.
