My home scanner was giving me fits and I wanted to send my clients forms from the MLS that I had pre-printed and filled out.  He told me about Cute PDF Writer and walked me through it.  It is FREE and works well.

I saved my completed mls forms on my computer.  Then I downloaded the writer.  You then go to your printer and make Cute PDF Writer you default printer.  You then go to the pages you have saved and click print and it will open up Cute PDF Writer and you can save it as a PDF.  It will then be an attachment that you can email to your clients.

The copies are so much cleaner than faxes.

The PDF Writer has been a godsend for attaching documents to clients. Everyone should install this and discover how invaluable it is. It definitely makes things so much easier!

Thanks for sharing this tool.  I often find that I need to work with pdfs.  It is easy to create them with adobe reader, but there times when I need to write in a pdf.
