This is probably one of my favorite kitchen transfomations that I worked on. The seller was a dream to work with.  The house itself is a wonderful old English Tutor.....with only one problem...THE KITCHEN!    We solved this problem by painting over the wall paper because we didn't know what kind of condition the plaster walls were in....and the paint job turned out beautifully!  The cabinets were painted white and new hardware was installed to update the look.  The old appliances were replaced with nice stainless steel.  All in all....this investment in updating the kitchen cost the seller around $3500 for the new appliances, painter, and stager. Now the kitchen matches the rest of this wonderful house!  Hoping to get an offer soon!

Wow - the kitchen looks incredible!  Glad you were able to convince the seller to paint and update the appliances.  The kitchen went through quite the transformation!!

Do you have pics from other rooms you can share?  I can't help but peek in the the room beyond and would love to see what else you did!  Kitchen is WONDERFUL!

Paula: I believe my painter charged the seller $800 to paint the cabinets and kitchen.  He is very reasonable!
