It always amazes me how small subtle changes in a room sometimes can produce that "WOW" factor so easily. My case in point: This beautiful older home's breakfast room. The seller told me that he always envisioned himself drinking his coffee and enjoying the morning paper in this room but looking at the "before" picture, his beloved dogs took over as well as lots of "stuff". And all that "stuff" is DISTRACTING......buyers wouldn't be able to see the gorgeous view outside those windows. Making a few subtle changes like removing everything except the table & chairs and adding a few staging props made those outside views really POP!!!
