Charles - The Lake is very popular with investor buyers as tenant residents love the amenities and the purchase costs AND tax rates are considerably lower than in Albemarle. Areas of The Lake are less than 15 minutes from Pantops which is desirable as the new MJH campus blossoms next to State Farm.....
