Vulture Capital - Fresh Meat in Scottsdale - Land, lots, Homes, Condos, Apartments- Get the Good Stuff

The smart money is spending these days as the less liquid are dumping. Losses still are gains over prices of 2004 and 5 though the gains are skinny. The VC (Vulture Capital) will continue to buy the good deals and they are available in good supply.

Interest rates have drifted up a quarter in the last month but still Real Estate is the best for leaveraging 30-40 % to 100% gains!

The Vulture didn't get big by eating peanuts! -- Too much FAT. --- Great deal on a lot in Desert Mountain - $329,000.
