Mary,

Your tips to help BRAND are priceless!  I have sold many a home from the name badge!  Ask for the business... get them on the feed for the blog... that way they can just read to keep up on what is going on in the world... NO COST!

You know what I just realized something from your blog- I switched companies almost 2 months ago and STILL have not ordered a name badge- I personally hate them but do realize how inexpensive they are and do entice people to strike up conversations with you.

Ooops I hit submit too early.  I was wearing my name badge once at the grocery store and the cashier asked me about the market and said she had her home for sale and asked me if stuff was moving.  My answer was it really depends on the price range and what area.

....her answer was that her house was listed at $695,000- she got a job at the grocery store because she was bored- her husband was a big shot business guy- too she did not ring me up a few weeks prior- BEFORE her house was on the market.

Christine--That's okay.  You can visit as often as you want, but I did the same thing when sending an e-mail yesterday.  Hopefully that clerk will remember you if her house doesn't sell.  Go back and give her your card.  Even if it sell, she may recommend you over the agent she has.  Good luck.  Post your results at AR for all to benefit.  Thanks for visiting and commenting here.
