Does the general public visit Active Rain?

Any idea if the general public visits Active Rain? Do visitors outside the real estate industry view Active Rain as a valuable website for real estate information?

I see alot of people in the real estate industry writing in their blogs for the one way link juice to their website. Does the general public like this website?

I am getting 2-3 leads a week from Active Rain. I love Active Rain and if things continue with one investor I be closing on a 12 Million dollar condo conversion by the end of the year, thanks to Active Rain.
