For those of you that do not really know me, 85-90% of my business comes from the web for over 12 years now. That is why I give seminars, write real estate columns and speak at conventions. So this is not an ad, but this is rather a conversion of thought for me. For years I used Listingware.com for my Atlanta IDX solution, and all I used was the plug in. I placed the IDX search via an in-line frame into Atlanta real estate websites that I built myself. I never used listingware.com as a stand alone website. Today, all of that has changed. There have been a lot of new changes and improvements in Listingware.com that made me have a change of heart. The price? For the service I had, there was no change in the cost. So it was a no brainer to turn ellencrawford.listingware.com into it's own website. So the other day, I purchased OwnGeorgiaHomes.com and turned the IDX add on into a full blown expandable site. I am really charged with all the options I now have, and consumers have to conduct searches for homes they are interested in buying.
